We at Falcon have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products  and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

 

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

 

unused and the same condition as you received it

the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

 

If the product is returned after seven days

If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

Any orders placed during our Eco-Friendly Festive Sale will not be eligible for returns

In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
